A great way to stay accountable is to grab a partner. Workout partners are a true way to keep you motivated, engaged and inspired. You can also push each other. And there is nothing like having someone to talk to about how your feeling. Right?
Partner Tricep Dips are great for working the triceps and the core.
-Start with one partner on their knees with the hands flat on the floor.
-Make sure the fingers are spread apart for a strong base of support.
-The other partner will start by placing their hands on the back of the partner on the floor.
-Take the legs out far enough so that you can have enough space to go down into a complete tricep dip.
-Go down as far as you can, and then push up and keep the arms straight.
-Do 8 sets of 8 with a 30-second rest.
